Loss, Legacy, and History
Tragically, my grandfather’s life was cut short by violence. He was shot and killed - a loss that reverberated through our family and shaped what legacy means to me. While public records confirm the incident, much of its emotional weight remains in memory rather than legal archives. Regardless, the gravity of that loss sculpted the values I bring to this brand: beauty intertwined with history, presence built from grief, and endurance that moves forward.
My Own Ride with Horses
Hearing stories from my dad and others about that barn, about Carbon Copy, and about what it meant to ride - it isn’t about nostalgia. It’s education. Horses taught me how presence works, how to carry yourself with intention, how strength can feel gentle, how tension can be elegant.
The horse isn’t about fantasy. It represents realness - movement that’s muscular and unposed, lineage that’s tactile and electric.
