How do you ship your products?

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available through UPS at checkout.

International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

Circus does not require a signature for delivery, so packages may be left in your mailbox or at your door, wherever mail and packages are typically delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after a carrier has confirmed delivery to your address. If you require a signature for delivery, please email us at info@circuscandles.com to make arrangements.

We're pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the U.S.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping options are available for both U.S. and international orders at checkout.

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for items in new, unused condition with original packaging intact within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email info@circuscandles.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

For U.S. returns, a $9.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing costs. For bulk orders, return shipping charges may apply at our discretion. Refunds, minus the restocking fee, will be issued to your original form of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Items returned in an unacceptable condition will not be refunded and can be shipped back to you at your own expense.

For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

What is your exchange policy?

We're happy to assist with exchanges! Please contact info@circuscandles.com and let us know the item(s) you'd like to exchange and your preferred replacement.

 

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and up to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Refunds can only be credited to the original form of payment. We'll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Circus ships internationally to Canada, Europe, Asia, South America, Australasia, and more. If your country isn't listed and you'd like to see Circus candles available there, let us know at info@circuscandles.com.

For seamless delivery, all international orders are shipped delivery duties paid (DDP). Customs, duties, and taxes are calculated and included at checkout.

For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
