How strong is the scent throw?

Are your candles clean-burning or non-toxic?

Yes. All Circus candles are made with a custom soy wax blend, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks for a cleaner burn.

What kind of wicks do you use?

We use clean-burning, lead-free cotton wicks for a safer, more even burn.

How long do the candles burn?

Each candle burns for approximately 60–65 hours. For best results, always trim your wick and allow the wax to melt to the edge on the first burn.

How can I maximize my burn hours?

Always allow the wax to melt fully to the edge on your first burn. Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4” before each use and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

When do I trim my wick?

After your first burn. Before each subsequent use, trim the wick to 1/4" to prevent soot and promote a clean burn.

Can I reuse the vessel once the candle is finished?

Yes! Our vessels are designed to live on — as decor, storage, or art. Just remove any leftover wax and reuse however you like.

Do the textile wraps burn or melt?

Nope. Our textile wraps are secured to the glass and engineered to withstand heat. That said, always burn on a flat, heat-safe surface.

How do I know when my candle is finished?

When about 1/4" of wax remains, it’s time to safely discontinue use.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping times range from 3–5 days depending on location.

We currently ship across the U.S. and are working on expanding internationally soon.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Email us at info@circuscandles.com within 12 hours and we’ll do our best. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed.

My package says delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?

Carriers may mark packages delivered before they arrive. Give it 48 hours and check with neighbors. If it’s still missing, contact us.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unburned items in sellable condition.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can provide a prepaid return label; a small shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
